Products appear here because somebody submitted them, or because they were imported from a public launch feed. Neither route involves us testing, auditing, verifying or approving the product.

Specifically, a listing on this site does not mean:

• That we have used the product, or that it works as described.
• That the maker's claims about features, pricing or availability are accurate.
• That the product is secure, or that it handles your data responsibly.
• That the product is lawful in your country or suitable for your purposes.
• That the business behind it is solvent, reputable or still trading.

Descriptions, features, FAQs, pricing and screenshots are supplied by the product's maker or taken from their public launch. We format and categorise this material; we do not fact-check it.

Where information is imported automatically from a public feed or API, it reflects what that source published at the time and may be out of date. The product's own website is always the authoritative source for what it currently does and costs.

Reviews, ratings and comments are the opinions of the people who wrote them. They are not our opinions, we do not verify the experiences described, and publishing a review is not agreement with it.

Reviews are inherently a self-selected sample: people with a strong opinion write them, and the merely satisfied usually do not. Treat a small number of reviews with corresponding caution.

Our Content Policy explains what we require of reviews and what we remove. We act on breaches when we find them, and we do not remove a review simply because its subject dislikes it.

This site links extensively to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, availability, pricing or privacy practices.

Including a link is not an endorsement of the destination or of anyone associated with it. Sites change hands and change behaviour, and a link that was fine when added may not stay that way.
